Point Boston Committee Structure
The committee has 8 members in total.
Committee Roles
Presiding Member - Strategic including planning/relationships/partnerships/Chair meetings
Treasurer - Finance including Sewage connection fees/septic tank sales management/Invoices
Secretary - Recreational Facilities/Community Engagement/Management of the Community Hub
Committee Member - Community Hub and facilities -hiring of the hall and community use of the community garden
Committee Member - Bushfire and Environment - includes weed and pest control as per the Native Vegetation Management Plan and compliance with the Bushfire Management Plan
Committee Member - Water Services - includes absorbs beds and associated infrastructure (sewage and mains water)
Committee Member - Community Infrastructure - includes maintenance of roads/fencing/buildings
Committee Member - New Builds including power, communication initiatives such as a New Build Plan
